the neck restraint set by bad kitty combines a neck restraint (with a central bar) with hand restraints and a waist belt. the middle bar is equipped with 9 d-rings, into which the handcuffs can be hooked with their carabiners. the adjustable waist belt with a practical belt buckle is pulled through the lower flap of the central bar. neck and handcuffs are lightly padded and adjustable with velcro fasteners. center bar and waist belt are made of tear-resistant woven material.
